Loaf head is the small man with the very large forehead. He seems to have a love interest with Gertha Teeth and from his near fight with the Vampaneze he is very easily mad and has a swearing problem. He is not in the books but in the movie he is a stage hand to Evra, Gertha, and Rhamus Twobellies. Loaf head can be shy when he is faced with Pip-poe (Evra's snake). A much taller version of Loaf Head was seen in the final volume of the Cirque du Freak manga, standing in a crowd of freaks before the final battle between both the vampires and the vampaneze, which included the Vampets, Vampirites and the Cirque du Freak members. Whether or not he survived the battle is unknown.
